Terms of Use

Last updated: November 8, 2026

1. Acceptance

These terms apply to your use of thewellkeptday.com (the “Site”), published by The Well-Kept Day (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using the Site you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. About the Site

The Site publishes news, features and personal columns about everyday wellness, food, home and faith. Articles are written in good faith and are accurate to the best of our knowledge on the date shown on each one. Information changes over time, and an older article may no longer reflect current knowledge.

3. Not medical or professional advice

Nothing on the Site is medical, nutritional, psychological, legal or financial advice, and nothing on it is meant to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Articles are general information for a general audience. Talk to a doctor or another qualified professional about your own situation before changing your diet, exercise, medication or treatment, and do not delay seeking care because of something you read here. In an emergency, call 911.

Articles about faith reflect the personal perspective of their author and are offered for reflection. They are not pastoral counseling.

4. Independence

The Site does not sell products, does not publish sponsored or paid content, and does not use affiliate links. No company pays to be mentioned in an article. If that ever changes, these terms will be updated first, and any such content will be clearly labeled.

Articles may link to studies, official sources and other websites so that you can read them yourself. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices.

The text, photographs, illustrations and design of the Site are owned by us or used with permission, and are protected by copyright. You may read, print and share links to articles for your personal, non-commercial use. You may quote a short passage with credit and a link to the original article. Any other copying, republishing or commercial use requires our written permission.

Scripture quotations are from the King James Version, which is in the public domain in the United States, unless another translation is noted.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • interfere with the Site’s operation or security, or attempt to access parts of it that are not public;
  • copy the Site in bulk by automated means, except for search engine indexing;
  • use the Site for any unlawful purpose.

8. Corrections

If you find an error, write to hello@thewellkeptday.com. When an article is corrected, a dated note at the end of it says what changed.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you in full.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent to hello@thewellkeptday.com.
